One Line Tech primarily provides digital services, custom software development, and technical consulting. Therefore, our "shipping" pertains to the digital delivery of project files, access credentials, or deployments.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines for digital services and projects are established in the specific contract or statement of work (SOW) agreed upon with each client.

  • Milestone Deliveries: Digital assets and code are delivered progressively according to the predetermined milestones.
  • Final Delivery: The final product will be delivered, deployed, or handed over as specified in the project agreement upon receipt of final payment.

3. Method of Delivery

Digital products and services are typically delivered via:

  • Secure cloud storage links (e.g., Google Drive, AWS)
  • Version control repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab)
  • Direct deployment to client servers or cloud infrastructure environments
  • Email containing necessary files and access instructions

4. Physical Goods (If Applicable)

In the rare event that physical goods (such as hardware or configured devices) are provided as part of a service contract, they will be shipped using standard courier services. The shipping costs, tracking information, and estimated delivery dates will be communicated to the client directly. Customs duties or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the client.
